Egg Muffins🍳 | Food for the Busy HealthNut

It's like a perfect omelet breakfast to go.  These can be made ahead of trim and frozen to be taken for breakfast to go, perfect for busy families and life after baby.  And healthy at that too.  Recipes can be customized to your preference and diet restrictions. (Vegetarian, paleo, egg white, etc) This has been a life saver.  I was tired of the same unhealthy, greasy, gross cafeteria breakfast at work.  This was just so convenient and delicious.  I pre make a week ahead of time and freeze.  


Prep:
Chop your choice of vegetables
cook bacon, sausage, etc
spray muffin pan with cooking spray
preheat oven to 350 degrees
put ingredients in pan, pour eggs (whites) over
bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
